Experience  Joe is focused on Real Estate finance at Dragonfly Capital and is a founding partner of Centerlane Capital, a Charlotte, NC based real estate private equity investment firm. Mr. Taylor is responsible for sourcing and maintaining investor and capital relationships for Centerlane. To date, Centerlane has invested $25MM of equity in a variety of commercial real estate transactions totaling $225MM. Prior to co-founding Centerlane Capital, he was a partner with Grubb Properties, a 50 year old real estate development and investment company with over 2 billion in transactions. During his tenure, Mr. Taylor led the overall capital raise for four private equity real estate investment funds including over $478 million in transactions. Mr. Taylor is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and holds two securities licenses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Charlotte.
