Dragonfly Capital is committed to working with companies that have solid business models, strong management teams, clarity of vision, and provide significant upside return potential to investors or buyers. In connection with private placements, as part of our investment banking relationship with our clients, we take part of our success fees in the form of equity, thereby allowing us to strategically invest in some of the most promising, young companies for our own account. We may also invest our own capital in sellside or recapitalization transactions alongside financial buyers or investors. Through this direct equity ownership structure, Dragonfly Capital develops long-term partnerships with our client companies, giving us the opportunity to add significant on-going value as active shareholders
